Chicago Sweeteners – Founded in 1979, Chicago Sweeteners was created to provide customers with “one-stop shopping” for all their food ingredient needs. Since then, Chicago Sweeteners has been providing ingredients to food, beverage, nutraceutical and confectionary manufacturers throughout the greater Midwest and Southeastern regions. Headquartered in Des Plaines IL, Chicago Sweeteners continues to go beyond what customers have to come to expect.
Sugar Incentives – Acquired in 1994, Sugar Incentives distributes food ingredients to food and beverage manufacturers located throughout the Upper Midwest. With sales and distribution centers strategically located in Hopkins, MN, Sugar Incentives is positioned to best serve their customers throughout the region.
Total Sweeteners - Total Sweeteners was developed in 1998 to service customers’ food ingredient needs in the Southeast region from a central Florida warehouse located in Orlando. Locally based sales representatives provide strong customer support coupled with market based pricing. As a result, Total Sweeteners is the “go-to-source” for food and beverage producers in the region.
LSI-Ingredients International – In 2001, Chicago Sweeteners expanded our food ingredient distribution network into the West coast and Intermountain regions by establishing fully staffed sales offices and ingredient distribution centers throughout California, Washington and Utah.
To augment our vast food ingredient line, we acquired Ingredients International in 2005. With their stellar reputation serving the Nutraceutical and Personal Care industries, we continue to provide an extensive line of excipients, specialty, organic and conventional ingredients to the network of food and nutraceutical markets. Our acquisition of LSI Specialty Products in 2009 enabled us to provide local distribution of specialty syrups and sweeteners into the Western & Texas markets.
In January 2010 we united all western operations to become LSI-Ingredients International with food ingredient sales and distribution centers in Commerce and Hayward California, Kent and Vancouver Washington and Salt Lake City Utah.
LSI Texas - LSI Texas was established and is recognized for carrying one of the most extensive inventories of commodity and specialty ingredients of over 2,000 products. From state-of-the-art facilities in Garland and San Antonio, Texas, it provides local based sales and service to all food, beverage, personal care, nutraceutical and animal nutrition product manufacturers throughout the state.
Quality Ingredients - Serving customers in the East Coast, Quality Ingredients specializes in malt and molasses products, custom sweetener and baking blends, preservatives and mold inhibitors. Since joining the Batory Foods family in 2007, QIC now offers their customers an expanded line of products and services, providing a single source for their ingredient requirements.
Industrial Ingredients - Since 1981, Industrial Ingredients has been an ingredient distributor to food and nutritional manufacturers throughout the Northeast. Becoming a division of Batory Foods in 2009, Industrial Ingredients can now offer their customers a broader range of products with availability from our network of 22 ingredient distribution centers located throughout the country.
Massey Fair – Serving the food industry since 1929, Massey Fair is the largest food ingredient broker in the United States, offering a broad line of food ingredients, including sweeteners, starch, oils, cocoa, fruit concentrates and nut meats. Mac Source is the premier ingredient distributor in the Southeast.
In 2007, Mac & Massey, LLC was formed as the holding company for Massey Fair and Mac Source. In 2012, after acquiring California-based Mulligan Sales, Mac & Massey, LLC became a leading ingredient distributor providing services from coast to coast.
Mulligan Sales – Established in 1946, Mulligan Sales distributes and supports a diversified line of quality dairy products and food ingredients. Headquartered in City of Commerce, CA, Mulligan is a "one-stop source" with over 300 food ingredient products. A team of sales professionals fulfill customer needs with extensive product knowledge and expertise.
Loar & Young - Loar & Young is an affiliate broker representing Batory Foods in eastern Pennsylvania area. Headquartered in Lancaster, PA, Loar & Young has been serving the food industry with quality ingredients for over 100 years.
