Our Commitment to Safety and Quality

Batory Foods understands the paramount importance of safety and quality when comes to food ingredients. To ensure the highest level of quality control and compliance as an ingredient supplier, Batory Foods is doing its part to make sure our facilities, handling and processing are as safe as possible. Our facilities are inspected annually by the American Institute of Baking (AIB), which requires that we maintain strict records on our sanitation program, pest control program and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) program for each of our manufacturing facilities. We support the Global Food Safety Initiative (GFSI) and are taking steps toward Safe Quality Food (SQF) certification. We also offer Kosher certification from the Orthodox Union. We are in full compliance with the FDA Bioterrorism Act and are registered at all our facility locations.
