Desiccated

Desiccated coconut is a full fat product (65% minimum) and is processed with a maximum moisture content of 3.8%. Available in a broad range of granulations and sulphite levels as flakes, macaroon and medium granulations. Produced from the same coconut material as granulated some special cut sizes can be offered in fancy shreds, slices, flakes and threads.
