Powdered/Fondant

Powdered sugar is a very fine, pulverized granulated refined sugar mixed with a small percentage of cornstarch to prevent clumping. This product can vary in size, has an exceptionally smooth texture and is ideal for making frostings, glazes, fudge and candy.
