Whole Milk Powder

Whole milk powder (WMP) is the product resulting from the partial removal of water from pasteurized milk. It is an economical source of dairy solids, including milkfat, and is a convenient form of nutritious milk that doesn't require refrigeration and is easily reconstituted.
