Liquid Sucrose

Liquid sucrose is made by mixing purified sucrose crystals from refined beet or cane sugars with hot water, which dissolves the crystals to create a viscous, clear liquid. The solution is then filtered and cooled before being stored. As a food-grade natural sugar, sucrose solution can be used in a variety of food applications.
