Batory Foods (“Batory” or “the Company”) may collect your Personal Information from:
- You directly.
- Prior employers, references, recruiters, and job-related social media platforms.
- Third-party sources of demographic information.
- Third-party service providers, such as background check or drug testing companies.
- Claim administrators and investigators.
- Unions (for union employees).
Categories of Personal Information Collected
Depending on your relationship with Batory, we may collect:
- Identifiers: name, alias, employee ID, Social Security Number, government-issued IDs.

- Financial information: bank account, credit/debit card numbers, account log-ins with security credentials.

The Company does not sell or share Personal Information with third parties, nor do we knowingly sell or share the Personal Information of consumers under 16.

If you would like to submit a Request to Know, Delete, or Correct, use one of these options:
- Online Form (preferred method): Submit through our Data Privacy Request Portal . Select the appropriate request type (Know, Delete, Correct).
- By Phone: Call us at 800-367-6597.
Verification: We will verify your identity using information already on file. If additional details are needed, we will use them only for verification or lawful purposes. Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf through the online form.

We review and update this CPRA Privacy Policy every 12 months.
