Belonging
Belonging signifies that each person is free and comfortable to express their individuality without fear of backlash, bullying, or threats.

Inclusion
Inclusion means the voices and perspectives of all individuals are heard and accepted. In the workplace a collaborative, supportive and respectful environment increases participation and contribution from all employees.

Diversity
Diversity translates to understanding, accepting, and valuing differences between people including those of different races, ethnicities, genders, ages, religions, disabilities, and sexual orientations. It also extends to collaborative goal-sharing despite differences in education, personalities, skill sets, experiences, and knowledge bases.

Equity
Equity acknowledges that although people come from different backgrounds and have different needs, the greater organization is equipped and driven to ensure those needs are met so they can best do their jobs.
