Gummies & Chews Systems Built for Real-World Production.

In gummies and chews, texture is the product. Batory helps customers hit it consistently.

Batory helps manufacturers balance set, chew, elasticity, flavor delivery, inclusions, and process control in gummy and chew applications. The goal is a product that delivers the same bite and quality batch after batch, not just one that works in development.

Real Questions
Real Answers

Clear guidance on sourcing, scalability, and documentation for your application.

What sourcing risks matter most for gummy and chew systems?
Gelatin or pectin grade, acid profile, and flavor carrier can change set speed, chew texture, and shelf stability. An alternate source must match bloom strength or gel behavior, not just label declaration. Batory's adaptive sourcing network keeps these inputs on spec and on time so you can concentrate on product development.
What scale-up checks are essential before launch?
Confirm cook solids, deposit temperature, mold release, and cure time on the actual line. Minor shifts in pH or moisture can move the product from short bite to sticky very quickly. Batory's customer solutions group can help fine-tune cook, depositing, and curing conditions so the formula performs at speed.
What documentation is typically required for approval?
Most teams ask for specifications, COAs, allergen or dietary statements, and gel strength data. Shelf life support is also important because sugar crystallization and moisture pickup can change texture over time. Batory keeps supplier dossiers organized and ready, with the required paperwork, so nobody is hunting for files.
